Mark as Useful Call was about my vehicle warranty. It seems they look at expired car repair warranty from other companies and try to sell you a new coverage on the spot. Seems like the call originated from Tennessee, but no other information available. The phone operator would not disclose the name of the company or any other vital information, but is pushy and wants you to commit $250 down payment during the call. At last, they are rude and very pushy. Be aware, this could be a scam. Always ask Company name, contact info, name of operator, and any other info you think you need to know. Is not rude, is your right!!! They want money, you need to be well informed!

Mark as Useful VERY VERY STRONG ACCENT - INDIAN - SPOKE TO QUICK TO UNDERSTAND - TOLD ME I WAS BEING REWARDED WITH 100 GIFT CARD TO USE IN WALMART OR ANY STORE BECAUSE I USE MY VISA FOR GROCERIES SO OFTEN. SAID THEY WORK WITH WALMART/PUBLIX ETC AND GIVE GIFT CARDS AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF POINTS EARNED ON VARIOUS SHOPPING TRIPS THRU THE YEAR. HE VERIFIED MY NAME AND MY ADDRESS... ASKED FOR MY VISA EXP DATE AND I SAID NO. HE STATED HE HAD THE NUMBER BUT NEEDED TO VERIFY IT WAS A VALID VISA CARD AND NOT EXPIRED... TOLD HIM LOOK BUDDY IF I WON SOMETHING SEND IT TO ME, IM NOT VERIFYING ANYTHING AND I AGREE TO NOTHING. HE KEPT SAYING THE CALL WAS RECORDED FOR MY PROTECTION. AFTER HANGING UP, I GOOGLED AND PROMPTLY CALLED MY BANK TO REVIEW THEIR FRAUD POLICIES - JUST IN CASE. I ALSO MOVED ALL MY FUNDS OUT OF MY ACCT TO BE SAFE BUT I GAVE THEM NO INFO AND REPEATED I AGREED TO NOTHING.

Mark as Useful I received a call from Kevin Miller saying that I owe over $5400 for a payday loan with Advance America Cash Advance which I had never taken out. He had my email address, date of birth, the last four of my social security number and my bank information. He said that he was sending someone to my job to serve me with papers. Its creepy to know that scammers like this guy knows all of my personal information.
